Payments

We only support CHIA crypto payments on the CHIA blockchain with the use of our payment partner XCHPay. To pay in HOA, DEVIL & KING tokens from the CHIA blockchain contact the team on discord for assistance.

Yes we give the buyers on our platform the full control to cancel a service paid for at anytime. However, per our team’s investigation, should the seller have covered substantial parts of your project and seller having spent finances, we hold the discretionary power to compensate the seller from your payment made. Also refunds are all done via CHIA crypto.

You automatically receive a receipt on the website, once payments are completed. Upon request we can send you a copy of your payment invoice from our payment processor only but not the receipt.

 

The platform is open to all and apart from your skill-sets, we do not enforce any license requirement. However, we expect you to only market what you’re capable in doing and misrepresenting your capacities could get you penalized.

We employ a 15% fee on gigs and it’s only taken out of seller’s payout. Buyers don’t have to pay any fees for making a purchase. The 15% is deducted from the total earnings on each gig before making payouts to sellers.

Payment servers are a bit slow so you might have to proceed with patience. You can use Goby wallet for ease of use.

System will automatically detect when transaction is confirmed so you have to wait patiently for confirmation before going back to the homepage.

Soliciting of payments outside this platform is strictly forbidden and only the payment method provided by the platform is approved. If a seller or buyer requests you to transfer funds or accept funds using payment channels outside of this platform, both accounts can be permanently restricted for violation of terms.

All communication should be on the platform. Sending of private chat links, emails and other mode of communication is strictly forbidden. Both seller and buyer who proceed to communicate outside of the platform are in violation of our terms and will have their accounts banned.
